Paul Oxley - Vocals/Guitar

Paul Oxley is an English singer/songwriter and recording artist, from Manchester, who has had five hit albums and several number one hit singles in Scandinavia. Paul has had extensive touring experience in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom and has been a familiar face on TV, especially Finland where he now lives. His hits have been described as timeless and are played frequently on the radio and have been covered by many artists.

Paul's debut album, Living In The Western World (1981), sold platinum and the follow-up albums Both Sides Of The Equator (1982) and After The Party (1983) as well as achieving gold status, set new standards in the Finnish music world, and influenced many other bands of the times. 'The Magic' was released in 1996 and the band has had three greatest hits albums. Covers of Paul Oxley songs appear regularly in the Finnish top ten.

Pauls skill as a songwriter has been compared to that of Sting, Paul Mcartney, Elvis Costello, Paul Simon and others and when he is not working on his own material he is actively collaborating with writers and producers throughout Europe and the UK."

2008 will see Paul's first solo album which will be released by Sony/BMG at Christmas...

Rod Halling - Guitars

Rod studied under Jazz Guitar legend John Etheridge (Soft Machine et al) and classical composer Giles Swayne whilst attaining a music degree majoring in Jazz Guitar and Compositon. Rod has recorded or appeared live with Toyah Wilcox, Supertramp, Sandie Shaw, Tina Charles, Alibi, Giles Swayne, Paul Ives, Grace Kennedy, Phil Jones & Afraid of Mice plus many others. In between the live and group recording work he has performed on everything from TV film and Documentary scores to the ubiquitous “A Mars a Day” TV jingle!

During the 90’s Rod was Managing Director (and resident Producer) of The Mill Recording Studios near London and boasted clients from the top echelons of the music business including Elton John, George Harrison, Chris Rea, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Clannad, The Levellers, E.L.O. and many more.

Record successes include a Number One in the UK with the England World Cup Squad (1990) whilst MD of The Mill and (on dual guitars with Brian Robertson from Thin Lizzie plus Nicko McBrain from Iron Maiden on Drums) a Number One in France with Paul Ives.

James Bennetts - Drums

After he was finally allowed to pick up a real pair of drumsticks, aged seven, James has maintained an enthusiasm for the instrument that has seen him perform with many renowned artists in the UK. 

Aged just 17, James was already recording and performing with signed artist, Kat Williams. After completing a three year Bachelor of Music Degree at the prestigious Tech Music Schools in London,  James went on to be  an in demand session musician in London as well as producing tracks for his own electro pop label.

Playing with Australian roots artist Nuala Honan has seen him complete tours of the UK, Ireland and China, including top festivals, Glastonbury and Wychwood.  This has given him the opportunity to share the stage with major acts, such as Jools Holland and Bob Dylan.
